Flowers are one of the wonderful gifts of nature. Walking in the woods and coming upon any type of flower that adds a different color other than green is awesome. Walking through a carefully planted garden is always fascinating to see how the gardener decided to carefully orchestrate the colors. In this collection I’ve explored abstracting flowers in various ways from moderate to extensive abstractions. The majority of these paintings are inspired by the beautiful flowers in my garden.
